As we process orders so quickly, we are usually unable to amend your order in any way, including the shipping address, and changes to the size or quantity of the items in your order.

Please note: It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the wrong address has been entered, navabi is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, navabi will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs.
