As we process orders so quickly, we are usually unable to amend your order in any way, including the shipping address.
However, you may be able to update the delivery address with the courier after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
To amend the delivery address on your order visit the following website https://ondemand.dhl.com/
You will first be asked to choose your country, and can also amend the language settings in the top right corner of the page.
You do not have to sign in, or create an account to amend your parcel address, and can do so as a guest by selecting the 'Manage Shipment As A Guest' option below the 'Sign Up Or Login Now' option.
Enter your waybill/tracking number (this can be found on your order confirmation & shipment emails), and complete the security captcha before selecting 'Submit'.
To verify you are managing your own parcel, you will either be asked for the delivery postcode, or will need to select the yellow phone icon to send a verification code to the phone number linked to the parcel.
Once you have completed verification, you will be offered the below options to manage the delivery of your parcel. Selecting 'Alternate Address' will take you to the next page where you can proceed to fill in your alternate address details.
