If your Gift Card is not applying online, there may be a couple of reasons why:
The Gift Card has already been applied to your shopping bag - to check this, click the bag icon to proceed to checkout and if applied, the Gift Card value will show as deducted from your order total
The Gift Card code has been entered incorrectly (check there are no spaces before or after the code)
- The code has already been redeemed
