We are sorry to hear that your order was not quite right!
Please follow the below steps to return your items:
- Click here to visit our Returns Portal. You will need your order ID and email address to start your return
- Select the items, and the reason for your return
- Download and print your returns label (if required). You will also receive a copy via email.
- Hand over your return to the courier
- You can track your return using the tracking number on your returns label
- Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of reaching our warehouse
Please note: All returns should be sent within 7 days of processing your return and each order must have individual returns labels. Returns may take slightly longer to be processed by our warehouse in busier periods. Your returns fee will be deducted from the final refund amount upon processing.
